Plain City, Ohio &#8212; Emery N. Yutzy of this place died in a hospital in Berlin, Germany on Aug 28 after becoming ill while on a European tour.

Mr. Yutzy was on a flight from Munich to Berlin when he suffered a stroke which left him almost totally paralyzed. His daughter, Katherine Yutzy, a missionary to India on furlough at her home here and a nurse, flew to Berlin to be at his bedside. He died without regaining consciousness.

The body was returned here, and the funeral was conducted on Aug 31 at the Maranatha Mennonite Church. He was 68.

Suffers Fatal Stroke On European Tour

Plain City, Ohio — Emery N. Yutzy of this place died in a hospital in Berlin, Germany on Aug 28 after becoming ill while on a European tour.

Mr. Yutzy was on a flight from Munich to Berlin when he suffered a stroke which left him almost totally paralyzed. His daughter, Katherine Yutzy, a missionary to India on furlough at her home here and a nurse, flew to Berlin to be at his bedside. He died without regaining consciousness.

The body was returned here, and the funeral was conducted on Aug 31 at the Maranatha Mennonite Church. He was 68.
