Goshen, Ind. &#8212; A two-car crash at a street intersection near the Goshen business district the evening of Nov. 12 claimed the life of David Larry Yontz, 27.

A car driven by a 19-year-old Goshen youth reportedly went through a red light and crashed into the Yontz auto onto the driver's side. Mr. Yontz died the next morning at Goshen Hospital. His wife, the former Julie Troyer, and infant daughter, Dawn, were injured but are recovering.

Funeral services for the young man were held Monday forenoon at the Eighth Street Mennonite church with Rev. Paul Goering officiating. Surviving in addition to his wife and daughter are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Amos D. Yontz of rural Goshen, a brother and sister, and his step-grandmother, Mrs. Noah Leinbach of Greencroft Villa.

Crash at Goshen Intersection Fatal To Young Father

Goshen, Ind. — A two-car crash at a street intersection near the Goshen business district the evening of Nov. 12 claimed the life of David Larry Yontz, 27.

A car driven by a 19-year-old Goshen youth reportedly went through a red light and crashed into the Yontz auto onto the driver's side. Mr. Yontz died the next morning at Goshen Hospital. His wife, the former Julie Troyer, and infant daughter, Dawn, were injured but are recovering.

Funeral services for the young man were held Monday forenoon at the Eighth Street Mennonite church with Rev. Paul Goering officiating. Surviving in addition to his wife and daughter are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Amos D. Yontz of rural Goshen, a brother and sister, and his step-grandmother, Mrs. Noah Leinbach of Greencroft Villa.
