BLOW ON TEMPLE FATAL TO SON OF AMISH BISHOP IN KENTUCKY
Guthrie, Ky. — An accident while at play claimed the life of Peter Yoder, son of Bishop Simon M. Yoder of the Amish settlement here.
Two neighbor boys came to the Yoder farm, and while playing the boys began throwing frozen clods of earth at each other. One of the clods struck Peter on the left temple.
Some time later he complained of a headache which gradually grew worse. An ambulance was called, but the boy died before he could be placed on the stretcher.
