Millersburg, Ohio. &#8212; A trip to visit her sister in Indiana proved to be fatal for Mrs. David H. (Ada) Yoder, 51, of rural Millersburg, when the van-type bus in which she was riding collided with a station wagon two miles west of Van Wert.

Mrs. Yoder died of a skull fracture at the scene of the accident after she had been thrown out by the force of the impact. Funeral services were held Dec. 13 at the Yoder residence with Bishop Joe M. Hershberger officiating. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Survivors include her husband David H. Yoder, seven children, six grandchildren, sister Mrs. Dan L. Schwartz of Monroe, ind., four half-brothers and four half-sisters.

Also injured in the crash were Mrs. Levina Kaufman, 45, of Millersburg, who was listed in poor condition at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, inc.; Mrs. Nancy Raber, 47, Mrs. Lizzie Miller, 71, and Mrs. Lydia Yoder, 56, all three of rural Millersburg; and the drivers of the two vehicles, Harry J. Stutzman, 71, of Berne, Ind. and Floyd Bateman, 36, of Mason City, Ia.

Amish Woman Dies, Six Hurt in Ohio Crash

Millersburg, Ohio. — A trip to visit her sister in Indiana proved to be fatal for Mrs. David H. (Ada) Yoder, 51, of rural Millersburg, when the van-type bus in which she was riding collided with a station wagon two miles west of Van Wert.

Mrs. Yoder died of a skull fracture at the scene of the accident after she had been thrown out by the force of the impact. Funeral services were held Dec. 13 at the Yoder residence with Bishop Joe M. Hershberger officiating. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
