NOLA KRABILL YODER

Nola (Krabill) Yoder, 60, daughter of Harry and Minne Carper Krabill, was born in Louisville, Ohio Oct. 30, 1916. She died in Akron City Hospital Tuesday, Oct. 11, 1977 following an extended illness.

She had been a fourth grade teacher at Louisville Elementary School and had taught in the Louisville area for 26 years. She was a member of the Stoner Heights Mennonite Church, the Ohio Teachers Association, and the Northeastern Ohio Teachers Association. She was a 1939 graduate of Goshen (Ind.) College.

Baptized in 1926, she was an active member of the Beech Mennonite Church until she transferred membership to the Stoner Heights congregation. She was very interested in children, and served as superintendent of Sunday school and helped in daytime Bible school for many years.

Survivors include her husband Paul; three daughters, Mrs. Tom (Sharon) Lapsley of Boca Raton, Fla., Kathy Yoder of Kansas City, Mo., and Rhonda Yoder of Canton, O.; her twin sister, Mrs. Floyd (Viola) Shore of Louisville; and one brother, Rolin Krabill of Louisville.

A public memorial service was held Oct. 14, 1977 at the Beech Mennonite Church with Leonard Garber of the Stoner Heights Mennonite Church officiating. Burial was in the Beech Mennonite Cemetery.
