Lester Ray Yoder was stricken with a fatal heart attack while attending a football game at Indianapolis Nov. 14. Yoder was involved in many community activities of Wakarusa and a member of the Missionary Church. He was married to Birdina [sic Birdena] Lambright in 1959. He is survived by his wife, his parents, daughter Carla Jean, sons James Ray and Michael Ray, all at home; one sister and one brother. Funeral services were held at the Wakarusa Missionary Church with Harold Knight officiating, assisted by Bob Detweiler. Burial was in Yellow Creek Cemetery. — Bertha Stichter.
