David W. Wyss, 81, died at the Wayne County Hospital on Jan. 30. The funeral services were held at the Kidron Church, with Rev. Bill Detweiler and Rev. Reuben Hofstetter officiating. A son of John and Mary (Lehman) Wyss, he married Saloma Nussbaum on Nov. 11, 1917. Surviving are Mrs. Virgil (Arlene) Snyder, Mrs. Charles (Elvera) Becker and Mrs. Myron (Erma) Hamsher and a son Walter of Orrville; four sisters, Mrs. Metta Nussbaum, Mrs. Elmer (Anna) Horst, Mrs. Mary Lehman of Berne, Ind. and Mrs. Ray (Luella) Moore of St. Louis, Mo.; and two brothers, Frank of Kidron and Calvin of Cleveland.

Merle Hartzler, 76, of Orrville died on Jan. 24. The funeral services were held at Gresser Funeral Home. He was the father of Mrs. Lester (Jean) Feltis of Kidron.
