Freeman, S. D. &#8212; Sammy Wipf, 17-year-old member of the Plainview Hutterite Colony, died recently of Burns inflicted July 10 by a high voltage power line.

The youth was riding on top of a steel grain bin as it was being moved to the Maxwell Colony when he touched wires carrying 12,500 volts. He was taken to Sacred heart Hospital with burns over 60 per cent of his body.

HUTTERITE YOUTH DIES OF BURNS INFLICTED BY HIGH VOLTAGE LINE

Freeman, S. D. — Sammy Wipf, 17-year-old member of the Plainview Hutterite Colony, died recently of Burns inflicted July 10 by a high voltage power line.

The youth was riding on top of a steel grain bin as it was being moved to the Maxwell Colony when he touched wires carrying 12,500 volts. He was taken to Sacred heart Hospital with burns over 60 per cent of his body.
