Mrs. Willard, the former Ruth Unruh, died May 28 at Friendly Acres Nursing Home here. A graduate of Bethel College, she had taught school at Beatrice, Neb. and Shawnee, Kan. She was a member of the Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village. Surviving are the widower, C. Ben Willard; a daughter, Mrs. James O. Davis of Overland Park; one grandchild; her mother, Mrs. Susie Unruh of Newton; four sisters, Mrs. George Pack of Modesto, Calif., Mrs. Lee Fent of Newton, Viola Unruh of Kansas City, Kan., and Mrs. Marvin Gertsen of Stillwater, Okla.; and one brother, Ernest A. of Newton. |
