&bull; William Kenneth Wiens, 51, died Saturday at the home near Halstead after an extended illness of cancer. He was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Halstead, where the funeral was conducted Tuesday forenoon by the pastor, Rev. Robert Suderman. Mr. Wiens was a native of Newton and was a builder here before moving to Halstead. He was vice president and production manager of MC, Inc. at Halstead. Surviving are his widow, the former Florene Bachman; two daughters, Prisca of Kingman and Wendy of the home; two sons, Albert and Gerald of the home; one sister, Mrs. Peggy Paul of Newton; one brother, Norman, of Newton; and his step-mother, Mrs. Minna Wiens of Independence.

• William Kenneth Wiens, 51, died Saturday at the home near Halstead after an extended illness of cancer. He was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Halstead, where the funeral was conducted Tuesday forenoon by the pastor, Rev. Robert Suderman. Mr. Wiens was a native of Newton and was a builder here before moving to Halstead. He was vice president and production manager of MC, Inc. at Halstead.
