• Rev. Peter Wiens, 90, retired Mennonite Brethren minister and a native of South Russia, died Sunday at the Sunshine Rest Home in Buhler. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church. Two daughters, Mrs. Sam Schneider of McPherson and Mrs. Harry Sawatzky of Buhler, survive.
