JOHN WIENS

John Wiens of Clearbrook, B.C. passed away June 2;3. He was born Aug. 15, 1912 in Russia and came to Canada in 1926. In 1934 he married Katie Unger in Gem, Alta. He was a dairy farmer for 10 years in Alberta. In 1945 they moved to B.C. He was a dairy farmer for 10 more years and then a car salesman for 31 years. Predeceased by a brother and a sister, he is mourned by his wife; sons Ernest, John, Vic, Allen and Alven; daughters Hildegard Siemens and Adina O'Conner; 20 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 5 sisters.
