Ernest J. Wiens

Ernest J. Wiens, 77, died Sept. 16, 1989, at Sun City, Ariz. Born Feb. 3, 1912, at Inman, he married Mable Rotz Sept. 29, 1935, at Hutchinson. He was a retired co-owner of Wiens Furniture and Yarn Shop, and had been a longtime Hutchinson resident before moving to Sun City, Ariz., in 1974.

He was a former member of First Presbyterian Church, of Hutchinson.

Survivors: wife, of the home; daughter, Mignonne Owens, Westminster, Colo.; sister, Esther Harder, 1620 Landon; and one grandchild.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a. m. today, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson, the Rev. H. O. Lindeblad. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a. m. today at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may go to Bethphage Mission in care of the mortuary.
