MRS. SUSAN WIENS

Susan Wiens of Loewen Road, Clearbrook, B.C. passed away June 4, 1967, in her 85th year. She was living in the Harcourt Rest Home at the time of her death. Born in North Dakota Mrs. Wiens had resided in Canada for the past 70 years and in British Columbia for the past 40. The funeral was in the Mennonite Brethren Church of Clearbrook of which she was a member, Rev. H. J. Thielmann in charge of the service assisted by Rev. H. F. Klassen.

Mrs. Wiens is survived by one daughter, Mrs. B. F. (Susie) Ewert, San Jose, Calif.; three sons, Frank of Haney, B.C., William of North Surrey and Irvin of Saskatoon; grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Schmor and Mrs. Sarah Funk, both of Clearbrook; and five brothers, Frank and John Gossen of California, Dave and Herman Gossen of Saskatchewan, and Bill Gossen of Oregon.
