The body was returned here for funeral services and burial. Born at Winkler, Man., Miss Wiebe taught in that area before coming to eastern Manitoba over 30 years ago. She taught in Steinbach for nearly 20 years, and later in nearby communities.

RETIRED MANITOBA TEACHER DIES ON VISIT IN NEW MEXICO

Steinbach, Man. — Miss Agnes Wiebe, who taught school in Manitoba for more than 40 years, died April 2 while visiting relatives at Albuquerque, N. M. The body was returned here for funeral services and burial. Born at Winkler, Man., Miss Wiebe taught in that area before coming to eastern Manitoba over 30 years ago. She taught in Steinbach for nearly 20 years, and later in nearby communities.
