— Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Kaufman fnuearl [sic] chapel in Halstead for Gerhard Wiebe, 86, who passed away Friday at the home of his cousin, Herman Wiebe, at Halstead. Rev. Roland Goering, pastor of the First Mennonite church there, of which he was a member, officiated. A retired electrical engineer, Mr. Wiebe had never married. A brother, Henry Wiebe of Halstead, cousins and other relatives are the only survivors.
