Anne F. Esther Warkentin from Kingman, Alberta, was drowned in Miquelon Lake, south-west of Tofield. The Funeral service was held in the Lindbrook M.B. Church, with Rev. P. H. Warkentin officiating. Anne is sadly missed by her parents, John and Annie, her twin brother Peter, and Edwin, Lorraine, David, Donald, and Kalvin, as well as many relatives and friends. Anne lived to be 14 years old. She was saved at seven and tried earnestly to serve her Lord and Maker, and was a blessing to others.
