Well-Known Corn, Okla. Couple Fatally Hurt in Highway Crash
Corn, Okla. — A car-truck collision on Highway 58 near Watonga, Okla. on Dec. 2 claimed the lives of Mr. and Mrs. George D. Vogt, well-known farm couple of the Colony community and members of the Corn Mennonite Brethren Church.
Mr. Vogt, 52, was instantly killed when his wife, at the wheel, drove their car under the rear of a large truck to avoid hitting a bicycle rider.
