MRS. JUDITH UNRUH

Mrs. Unruh was born in Russia in 1887, where she received her early schooling. She accepted Christ as her personal Saviour in her teens and remained faithful until her departing day. She was married to David John Unruh in 1908, and the Lord blessed the union with 6 sons and 2 daughters.

In 1930 the entire family migrated to the United States via China, settling in Schafter, California, and in their later years the parents made their home in Dinuba. Mrs. Unruh was on a visit to her sons and friends in Canada, and it was during the General Conference that she had a bad fall, breaking her hip bone, from which injury and its resulting complications she never recovered. Mrs. Unruh had been active as a chiropractor and obstetrician, especially while she was still in Russia. This talent won her many friends. She leaves to mourn her passing, 8 children (Abe D. Unruh lives in Dalmeny, the others are in the USA) 26 grandchildren, and 12 greatgrandchildren.
