This marriage was blessed with five children: Harley A.; Lillian, who died March 29, 1923; Til, Mrs. Elmer Egli; Viola, Mrs. Vernon J. Hooley, all of Manson; and Rose, Mrs. Lou L. Egli, Gilmore city, Ia. One brother, Chris of Storm Lake, Ia., and one sister, Fannie Ulrich of Ft. Dodge, Ia., survive. Deceased are three sister s, Lena, Mrs. Will Schertz; Lizzie, Mrs. Pete Bachman; Katie, Mrs. Robert Moerty [Moery?]; and two brothers, Sam and John, thirteen grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren also survive. |

PETER C. ULRICH
Peter C. Ulrich, oldest son of John and Catherine (Rediger) Ulrich, was born in Woodford County, Illinois on Dec. 12, 1870. He died of complications in his home at Manson, Ia. on Aug. 23, 1965, at the age of 94 years, eight months and 11 days.
He was married to Magdalene Zehr on Jan. 25, 1891. She preceded him in death on April 28, 1942.
