Funeral services were held at the Bethel church on Jan. 31 for Mrs. Dorothy Tweet, 81. She had taught in the local public school from 1941 until her retirement in 1968. Her husband, Reuben, also a teacher, died in 1964. She is survived by two sons, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. — Helen Friesen.
