Three Killed in Ohio Accidents

Two men and a 16-year-old Amish boy were killed in separate accidents in Ohio, it has been learned here.

Noah A. Coblentz, 55, Amish farmer of the Uniontown community, was fatally injured Oct. 28 when the tractor he was driving tipped over and pinned him underneath. He leaves his mother, Mrs. Maryann Coblentz, four sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services were held at the Pleasant View Conservative Mennonite Church near Berlin, O. on Oct. 25 for Wayne L. Hershberger, 29, self-employed lumber and log hauler. He was hit by a car as he stood beside his parked semi-trailer truck along Highway 36 near Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

Earlier, a speeding car crashed into two horse-drawn buggies on a highway near Middlefield, Ohio. Sixteen-year-old John Troyer, one of 13 children of Mose M. Troyers of the West Farmington community, was instantly killed while four other youths in the buggies had only minor hurts.
