Mother of Eight Dies in Childbirth
Shipshewana, Ind. — Double funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Mae Troyer, 36, and her stillborn son were held Monday afternoon, Dec. 26, at the Shore Mennonite Church near here. Rev. Paul Lauver and Rev. John Mishler officiated.
Mrs. Troyer, wife of Wilbur Jay Troyer, died in child birth at the Lagrange County Hospital Friday

Surviving in addition to her husband are eight children, ages six to 16 and all living at the family home on Route1, Howe, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel N. Glick of the same community.
A native of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Mrs. Troyer had lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of the Marion Mennonite Church northeast of Shipshewana.
