Injuries Fatal to Father Of Eight Children

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — A largely attended funeral took place recently in the Amish settlement at Lakeville, O. as services were held for Andrew D. Troyer, 40, father of eight children who was fatally injured in a farm accident.

Mr. Troyer and his 15-year-old son, Henry were installing a hay track in the peak of a neighbor's barn on June 10 when they fell 25 feet to the barn floor. The father died June 27 in the Millersburg hospital, but his son is recovering.

Mr. Troyer was a deacon in the Old Order Amish church. Survivors include his widow, the former Clara Yoder, three daughters and five sons.
