Rural Mission Worker Died Suddenly

HEART ATTACK FATAL TO MIN. RESSLEY TRESSLER OF SPRINGS, PENNA.

Springs, Pa. — A large congregation of friends, relatives and associates attended funeral services for Min. Ressley Tressler, well known rural mission worker in the mountain area here. The services were held in the Springs Mennonite Church, where he had been a member since his youth.

Min. Tressler, who was also widely known as a well driller, died unexpectedly July 11 following a heart attack suffered at his home. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance but was dead on arrival there.

The funeral services were in charge of Bishop Roy Otto, Walter Otto and Roy Kingsinger, who was ordained in the same service with Bro. Tressler on Dec. 5, 1937.

Surviving are his second wife, who was Beulah Butler, 11 children and a number of grandchildren.
