TWO DIE IN COLLISION NEAR MARION S. D.
Marion, S. D.—A car-truck collision south of here Aug. 29 claimed the life of a Marion young man, Reginald Tieszen, and his companion, Henry Rist of Hurley, who leaves a wife and three children.
The two men, both employees of the soil conservation service, were believed instantly killed when their car ran into the side of a tank truck carrying water. The accident occurred at the Jake Miller and Adolph Preheim corner.
Tieszen is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willie R. Tieszen.

MANY ATTEND SERVICES FOR ACCIDENT VICTIM
Marion, S. D. — A large congregation gathered at the Silver Lake M. B. church Sunday afternoon, Sept. 2, when funeral services were held for Reginald Tieszen, 21. The youth and a companion, Henry Rist, were killed in a car-truck collision.
He is survived by his parents, Willie R. and Bertha Adrian Tieszen, two brothers and two sisters.
