GERALD THIESSEN, 18
On July 14, Gerald Thiessen, Vauxhall, Alta., died in an automobile accident in Calgary, Alta. He was a child of God and the family finds comfort in Hosea 14:9: "The ways of the Lord are right and the upright walk in them." Funeral services were held in the Vauxhall church on July 18 with Rev. H. Unruh, Vauxhall, and Rev. H. Thielman, Calgary, bringing the messages. Left to mourn Gerald's early passing are his parents, Dietrich and Mary Thiessen, one brother, three sisters, his grandmother and many friends.
