MRS. SUSAN SUDERMAN

(Mrs.) Susan Suderman of Saskatoon passed away on December 27. She was born to Henry and Katharina Toews on April 15, 1898 in Alexanderwohl, Molotschna, Russia. She was baptized upon confession of faith on May 17, 1917 in Riickenau by Rev. Heinrich Reimer. In 1925 she, a brother, and a sister immigrated to Canada, settling in the Rosthern, Sask. area. She worked as housekeeper in Hague and Saskatoon. Three children, Erna, Victor and Abram, were born to them. During the depression years the family lived near Dunrea, south of Brandon, Man., and in 1939 they moved back to Rosthern. Her husband passed away in January 1952. She moved to Saskatoon in 1957, to Dalmeny, Sask. in 1963, and back to Saskatoon in 1976. Her church membership remained with the Dalmeny MB Church She was predeceased by her oldest stepson John in July 1978. She is survived by five sons: Henry and Annie, Jacob and Helen, Peter and Annie, Victor and Helga, Abe and Marlene; two daughters: Helen and John Epp, Erna and Elmer Neufeld; daughter-in-law Helen; one brother and one sister.
