Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Noah E. Stutzman, five-year-old son of Eli J. and Sylvia Stutzman of Fresno, died in the Pomerene Memorial Hospital shortly after a horse had trampled on him Sept. 19.

Officials at the scene reported that the boy apparently was in the horse's path when it charged from a barn through an open door. Death was due to internal injuries.
