— A number from Newton attended the funeral services held at the Eden church northwest of Moundridge for Mrs. Anna Stucky Tuesday afternoon. Grandmother Stucky died Sunday morning at the home of her children at the age of 76 years. In her early childhood she came to America from Russia with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Strausz, and then spent the remaining years of her life in the Moundridge neighborhood. Her husband, the late Peter J. Stucky, died several years ago. The funeral was in charge of Rev. Walter Gering, local pastor, and Rev. J. C. Kaufman of Whitewater. Three children survive, Jac. J. Stucky, Mrs. Ben Krehbiel and Mrs. Mary Krhebiel.
