Two Young Parents Called by Death
Archbold, Ohio.-—Two young parents, a father and a mother of two different families, were called away in death here on succeeding days.
Mrs. Elverda Lorene Rufenacht, 31, wife of Maynard Rufenacht, died June 16 at Simpson Memorial hospital, Ann Arbor, Mich. after a six month illness of lymphatic leukemia. Funeral services were held at the West Clinton Mennonite church, of which she was a member. Surviving are her husband and three small children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Moses Nofziger, three brothers and three sisters.
On June 17 Wayne Stuckey, 29, died at Memorial hospital, Wauseon, of a heart ailment from which he had suffered most of his life. He was a member of the Central Mennonite church here, and leaves his wife, the former Ilva Beck, and two daughters; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. Stuckey; three brothers and two sisters.
