Ohio Couple Killed In Head-On Crash
Archbold, Ohio. — Double funeral services for Mr. and Mrs Aaron Stuckey, well-known farm couple of Route 3, Wauseon who were fatally injured in a head-on crash of two autos near here, were conducted Sept. 12 at the Lockport Mennonite Church.
Mr. Stuckey, 71, and his wife, 67, were traveling on Highway 2 en route to morning church services Sunday, Sept. 9, when their car was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by Manuel Trevino of Archbold. The latter was attempting to pass a car ahead.
Mr. Stuckey was dead on arrival at the Wauseon hospital and his wife died soon after being admitted to the hospital. Her sister, Miss Gladys Beck of Archbold, was a passenger in the car and was critically hurt.
The Stuckeys are survived by one daughter, Mrs. Howard Bender of Wauseon; one son, Melvin Stuckey of Fayette; and six grandchildren, as well as a number of brothers and sisters.

THIRD DEATH RESULTS FROM HIGHWAY CRASH IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO
Archbold, Ohio. — Injuries received in a two-car crash northeast of here on Sept. 9 proved fatal to Miss Gladys Beck, 59, who died Sept. 27 in Detwiler Hospital, Wauseon.
Fatally injured in the same accident were her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Stuckey. The three were en route to Sunday church services when the tragedy occurred.
Funeral services for Miss Beck were held at the Lockport Mennonite Church near Stryker.
