FINAL SERVICES FOR WIDELY KNOW [sic] CONESTOGA VALLEY RESIDENT
Elverson, Pa. — Final services for Amos J. Stoltzfus, 74, well-known Conestoga Valley man and a member of the Old Order Amish Church, took place at the Stoltzfus home near here on Sept. 20. The services were in charge of Elam Stoltzfus of Bareville and Fred Nisley of Kalona, Iowa.
The deceased was formerly the operator of a large lime quarry in the Valley. he was written considerable poetry in both English and German, and was widely known among Amish C.p.S. men, having spent much time at the Hagerstown, Md., camp.
