— Ellis H. Sprunger, 64, native of Berne, Ind. who gained prominence in Y.M.C.A. work, died July 22 at Detroit, Mich. A former editor of "The Berne Witness," he was serving as Michigan Y.M.C.A. secretary at the time of his death. The body was returned to Berne for burial, and Rev. O. A. Krehbiel officiated at the graveside service.
