Pastor Emeritus Died May 25

Kidron, Ohio. — Rev. Simon W. Sommer, 85, an ordained minister for 50 years and pastor emeritus of the Berlin Mennonite Church, died May 25 in the Mennonite Home for the Aged near Rittman.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 28, at the Martins Creek Mennonite Church with Rev. Paul Hummel and Rev. roman Stutzman officiating.

Rev. Sommer served churches in Wayne and Holmes counties and in Michigan.
