— Funeral services for Carr F. Smith, 50, of Halstead were held at the Grace Mennonite church near there Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Carl Dirks and Rev. Arnold Wiggers officiating. Mr. Smith died Saturday at the Halstead hospital. Surviving are his widow, the former Lena Esau, a daughter Leona of the home; a son, Richard, of Russell; one brother and one grandson.
