Buhler, Kans. — Jacob M. Siemens, 60, and Dietrich Penner, 59, both of the Buhler community, died of heart attacks at their homes here on Friday, Feb. 26.

Mr. Siemens, retired farmer who had been employed as a night watchman here, died shortly after eating lunch at his home. He was a lifelong resident of this community. Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 1, at the Hebron Mennonite church.

Mr. Penner, also a lifelong resident here, came in from the yard about 5:00 p.m. and complained of not feeling well. He sat down in a rocking chair and passed away. He was a member of the Bethany Nazarene church in Hutchinson.

Two Deaths In Buhler Community

Buhler, Kans. — Jacob M. Siemens, 60, and Dietrich Penner, 59, both of the Buhler community, died of heart attacks at their homes here on Friday, Feb. 26.

Mr. Siemens, retired farmer who had been employed as a night watchman here, died shortly after eating lunch at his home. He was a lifelong resident of this community. Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 1, at the Hebron Mennonite church.
