Buhler, Kans. — Funeral services for John W. Siemens, 68, a resident of this community for 50 years, were held at the Mennonite Brethren church here Sunday afternoon, July 13. Rev. J. J. Toews, the pastor, was in charge.

Mr. Siemens was formerly a merchant here, and for the past 12 years had operated the Star route from here to Hutchinson. He was born March 18, 1884, in McPherson county.

He leaves his wife, a daughter, Mrs. P. W. Hiebert, two sons, A. L. and J. L Siemens of Hutchinson, six grandchildren, and eight brothers and sisters.
