Lydia M. Sharp, daughter of John and Charity (King) Kropf, was born at East Lynn, Cass County, Mo. on April 24, 1882. She died July 15, 1966 at the home of Ellis Kropf near Hubbard, Ore. where she had lived for nine and one-half years.

She was baptized at the Zion Mennonite Church as a young girl. She was married to Levi Sharp Jan. 2, 1930. He preceded her in death on Sept. 27, 1930.

She also was preceded in death by the following sisters: Emma Hostetler, Pearl Hostetler, Rachel Esch and an infant sister.

Surviving are four brothers, Harvey of Hubbard, Ore., Clarence of Woodburn, Ore., Chauncey of Hubbard, Ore., and Roy Kropf of Corvallis, Ore.; one sister-in-law, Mabel (Mrs. Chauncey Kropf); three step-daughters and one stepson, Mrs. Noah (Lola) Roth of Canby, Ore., Mrs. Marvin (Esther) Headings, Mrs. Ruth Lais of Lincoln City, Ore. and Wm. Sharp; six step-grandchildren, 21 step-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held July 18 at the Zion Mennonite Church, Hubbard, Ore., with John Lederach officiating.

LYDIA M. SHARP

Lydia M. Sharp, daughter of John and Charity (King) Kropf, was born at East Lynn, Cass County, Mo. on April 24, 1882. She died July 15, 1966 at the home of Ellis Kropf near Hubbard, Ore. where she had lived for nine and one-half years.
