Aged Ontario Bishop Died

Milverton, Ontario. — Funeral services were held at the A. M. church here Sept. 19 for Bishop Christian Schultz, who passed away in his 84th year. He was ordained bishop at the Poole church in 1926.

The services were in charge of Bishop Moses Roth of Baden. Pall bearers were Bishop Henry Jantzi of the East Zora church, Bishop Moses Jantzi of the Wilmot congregation, Bishop Valentine of the Riverdale church, his brothers Samuel L. Schultz of Mapleview and John and Enos of Topping.

He leaves to mourn his denature his wife, Watie (Oesch), and a host of relatives and friends. During his ministry and particularly in the last years of his life he had a deep concern that the church, especially the young people, might grow in the likeness of Christ.
