Mt. Lake, Minn. &#8212; Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Schroeder, 77, widow of Rev. Peter R. Schroeder, were conducted at the Bethel Mennonite Church here Feb. 26. She died Feb. 23 at Hillsboro, Kan. where she had gone to stay with a daughter, Mrs. Elbert Koontz.

Mrs. Schroeder's husband, who died in 1941, was a former president of the General Conference Mennonite Church and held a number of pastorates. She was active in women's work of the General Conference and also in the Bethel Mennonite Church here.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Koontz are two other daughters, Mrs. Orlando Waltner of Newton, Kan. and Mrs. George Dehnert of Middleton, Wis.

WIDOW OF WELL-KNOWN PASTOR CALLED BY DEATH AT HILLSBORO, KAN.

Mt. Lake, Minn. — Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Schroeder, 77, widow of Rev. Peter R. Schroeder, were conducted at the Bethel Mennonite Church here Feb. 26. She died Feb. 23 at Hillsboro, Kan. where she had gone to stay with a daughter, Mrs. Elbert Koontz.

Mrs. Schroeder's husband, who died in 1941, was a former president of the General Conference Mennonite Church and held a number of pastorates. She was active in women's work of the General Conference and also in the Bethel Mennonite Church here.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Koontz are two other daughters, Mrs. Orlando Waltner of Newton, Kan. and Mrs. George Dehnert of Middleton, Wis.
