Mt. Lake, Minn. — Mrs. Katherine Schroeder, this community”s oldest resident, dies at the Bethel Nursing Home on Feb. 3 at the age of 100. She would have reached her 101st birthday on Feb. 14.
Surviving ar one son, Peter F. Schroeder of Yakima, Wash., one daughter, Mrs. Martha Balog of Wheaton, Ill., 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Bethel Mennonite Church.
