ERNEST SCHROEDER
Ernest Schroeder died Jan. 19. He was born Aug. 17, 1921 to Wilhelm and Susie Schroeder, and grew up on the family farm west of Drake, Sask. He attained his education at the Kansas and Poplar Hills County schools. Sunday school and church were important to him. He accepted Christ as his Saviour and was baptized at 17 at the North Star Country Church. On Oct. 12, 1929, he married Margaret Krell. Predeceased by 2 brothers; 2 sisters; he is mourned by Margaret; son Norman (Jackie); daughter Joyce (Gerald) Voth; 5 grandchildren. The celebration of life service was Jan. 25 at West Portal MB Church, Saskatoon.
