SUSIE SCHMOR

Susie Schmor was born May 13, 1883 at Dalton, South Dakota and died at 81 years at the Home for the Aged, Vineland, Ont. Her death came after a series of strokes.

Mrs. Schmor moved to Saskatchewan (then known as the Northwest Territories) with her family in 1901. There she accepted Christ as her Saviour and was baptized in 1906 and joined the M.B. church at Dalmeny, Sask.

On Oct. 8, 1907 she was married to Peter Schmor. Six children were born to this union; two daughters predeceased her. She loved the Bible and the songs and fellowship of believers. She is survived by her husband Peter at the Vineland Home for the Aged and two sons and two daughters.

The funeral service was held at the Vineland church with John Schmidt and John Reimer officiating ministers. Interment was in Stoney Creek cemetary.
