A native of the Canton community, He had farmed at Montezuma since 1915. Survivors include his widow, two daughters, and a number of brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Montezuma Mennonite Church. |

• Word has been received here that Albert F. Schmidt, 61, long-time farmer at Montezuma, died unexpectedly Tuesday in Montezuma. Death was believed due to a heart attack. A native of the Canton community, He had farmed at Montezuma since 1915. Survivors include his widow, two daughters, and a number of brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Montezuma Mennonite Church.
