— Mrs. Elizabeth Schmidt of Whitewater passed away at the Bethel hospital last Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Schmidt was 78 years of age and had for many years been a resident of Highland township. She is survived by three children. Funeral services are being held at the Gnadenberg church this afternoon, Rev. G. N. Harms officiating.
