Pioneer Oklahoma Woman Dies.

Medord, Okla., Jan. 15. — Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the First Congregational church of Medford for Mrs. George Schierling, pioneer Medford resident, who died Saturday at a Halstead hospital following a long period of failing health.

Mrs. Schierling became ill several months ago and her condition gradually became more serious. She had been critically ill for the past 10 dayws.

burial Monday following the last rites was held at the Rosemound cemetery.

Mrs. Schierling was born, November 28, 1869, and had resided in Medford over a long period of years.

She is survived by her husband, George Schierling, and one daughter and three sons: Mrs. Jesse Scouten, Jake Schierling, William Schierling and Herman Schierling, all of Medford. — Exh.
