MRS. MARY ROTH

Funeral services were held at 3 p. m. at the Edmunds Mortuary, Nampa, Idaho, for Mrs. Mary Roth 79, who died Wednesday, Oct. 19, in a Nampa Hospital.

Born July 25, 1876, in Roanoke, Ill., Mrs. Roth later came to Kansas. On Feb. 27, 1894 she was married to Samuel Roth at Oberlin, Kan.

The [sic] later moved to Filmore County, Neb., and in 1836 [sic 1936] Mrs. Roth came to Nampa. She was a member of the Mennonite Church of Nampa.

Mr. Roth preceded her in death in November, 1932.

She is survived by a son, Chris Roth, of Nampa; five daughters, Mrs. Mattie Hallbeck, Bakersfield, Calif., Mrs. Ada Troyer, Mrs. Ethyl Oswald and Mrs. Elma Fisher, all of Nampa, and Mrs. Mary Ann ShoWalter [sic, Denver, Colo.; and 14 grandchildren.

Services were conducted by the Rev. D. A. Good, of the Nampa Mennonite Church. The body was shipped to Shickley, Neb. for interment.
