JACOB ROGALSKY

jacob Rog als ky of Coal- dal e, Alt a. pa ssed away july 10. He was bo rn Mar. 13, 191 3 to jacob and Katherina Rogalsky in Schumanovka, Siberia. In 1929 he cam e to Coa ldale. In addition to farming, he worked at Coaldal e Cheese Fa ctory, Eli son Mills, th e University of Lethbridge (la ndscap- ing) and Neufeldt Industries . He was married to Helen Goosse n for 67 years . He loved his fam ily and w as proud of ea ch memb er. He knew most people in tow n by name. He en - joyed food, especially Mennon ite sausage, watermelon and rollkuchen. He loved music, espe cially male choirs. He accepted Christ at an early age, was baptized and joined the MB church. Pr edeceased by his p are nts, step- mother Agath a, a stepsister and 3 siste r s, he is mourned by Helen; children Marlene Loewen of Calgary, Linda Graber of Seattle, Wash., Warren of Calgary, Edwi n of Calgary, Victor of Coaldale, Lenora Overn of Coaldale, Elsi e 34 September 13, 2002 MENNONITE BRETHR EN HERALD Rombough of Medicine Hat, Alt a. and Ken- neth of Coaldal e; 21 grandchildren; 25 great- grandchildren; 1 sister and 1 brother. A memorial se rvice w as held in Coaldale M B Church, with Lome Willms ministering.
