AGNETA RIEDIGER

Aganeta Riediger of Lethbridge, Alta., formerly of Vauxhall, Alta., passed away Sept. 25 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 16, 1905 in Karajug, Orenburg, Russia, where she attended school and worked as a housekeeper prior to marrying David Riediger June 13, 1926. Predeceased by her husband, 2 grandsons and 9 brothers and sisters, she is survived by her children Kaye Haggith of Bellingham, WA, Dave of Brooks, Alta., Lydia White of Calgary, Mary Row of Prince George, B.C., Jake of Vauxhall, Margaret Remple of Vauxhall, Kornelius of Quesnel, B.C. and Shirley Bengry of Lethbridge; 29 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. The funeral was Sept. 30 in Vauxhall MB Church, with Rudy Heidebrecht, Adam Wiggins and Gerhard Reimer ministering.
